Our company has over 15 years of experience in dermatology billing and specialty medication prior authorization approvals. Our team is both clinically and clerically trained, resulting in less staff time spent answering billing questions and providing medical clarifications. 

We have a Board Certified Dermatologist available to assist with complex insurance and specialty medication appeals. Additionally, our founder and CEO, who is the lead biller and PA specialist, has a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics and has managed a successful dermatology practice for the past 15 years.

Our approach to the management of accounts receivables, working claim rejections, auditing charts and appealing insurance claims significantly reduces outstanding accounts and unnecessary write offs while dramatically increasing revenue.  We work every claim equally, regardless of the charges, to maximize the amount collected.  We also emphasize complete transparency and provide thorough reports that inform our clients about all aspects of the revenue management process.
